Lead Installer

Lead Installer is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 1-2 years of skilled gutter installation, carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Compensation: ($800-1000+ per week) -- 8% of Revenue based on 2 per crew. The more you produce, the more you earn.

We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. The Brothers currently have several franchise locations across the country. This franchise is independently owned and operated. The franchisee, not The Brothers that just do Gutters Corporate, is the sole employer for this position: your application goes directly to them, they alone make all hiring decisions, and any employment inquiries should be directed to the franchisee rather than to Corporate.
