High Reach Forklift Driver

Warehouse Forklift OperatorSchedule: 3PM-1:30AM with Mon, Tue, Wed OFF, must be able to work on weekends.Pay: $22 - 23.50/hr DOE + $1.50/hr (Shift Differential)Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate a Crown stand-up high reach forklift to safely move products, equipment, and materials throughout the facilityPut away palletized units by lifting forks and placing them into racks above floor height, including upper reserve and double-deep locationsPick palletized units from elevated rack locations and prepare them for outbound shipmentSafely remove pallets from storage locations while maintaining product integrity and adherence to safety protocolsUse a Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system to track inventory, including product counts, weights, and conditionLoad and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, or other lifting devicesPerform up-stacking and down-stacking in pick locations to maintain efficient inventory flowComplete daily forklift inspection and maintenance checklists to ensure safe operationMonitor battery charge levels, perform basic battery maintenance and cleaning, and return equipment to designated charging stationsAdditional Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate and assist with other material handling equipment and machinery as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policiesFollow all safety regulations and procedures within warehouse operationsMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Experience operating stand-up high reach or double-deep forklifts preferredFamiliarity with RF scanning systems and warehouse inventory processesAbility to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while wearing required PPE and freezer gearMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (18 kg) (or more depending on facility requirements)Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts as neededStrong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safetyPay Range: $19.18 - $32.40Why Lineage?
