Inventory Control Specialist- District (Jolley)

Stewart's Shops is expanding in Vermont! We are a growing convenience store chain in New York and Vermont with friendly store associates and great customers! We are looking for Inventory Control Specialists to join our team.
Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew to control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.

We are interested in talking to candidates who:
• Have some retail/food service management or accounting experience.
• Enjoy people and want to help teach and train.
• Have an outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:
• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.
