Automotive BDC Agent

Overview Glendale Nissan is currently looking for a Business Development and Telemarketing Agent to join our team. This is an immediate opening with opportunities to grow in sales, marketing, and customer service within a family‑owned automotive group that emphasizes growth, integrity, and teamwork. Location: Glendale, CA 91204. Employment type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available. Responsibilities Document client information into the computer and manage in-bound and out-bound calls. Schedule and confirm qualified appointments and book appointments as needed. Connect with customers, build rapport, and provide excellent customer service. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions. Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High energy, positive, and outgoing professional with strong verbal communication skills and work ethics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with customers and coworkers empathetically and logically. Sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to qualified candidates. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Ability to provide references upon request. Minimum 45 WPM typing speed; multi-lingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong follow-up skills; high integrity; team player in a diverse work environment.
