Salary/Pay Rate: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (Plus Performance-Based Bonus) Location: Memphis, TN (20% Travel Required) Job/Employment Type: Full Time Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, and Hyperscale AI Data Center Campuses Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record The Opportunity You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex fire protection installation projects across mission-critical hyperscale data center campuses. This on-site leadership position empowers you to manage high-stakes builds while protecting vital digital infrastructure and human lives. How You Will Make An Impact Manage multi-system fire protection installations from pre-construction design through final commissioning. Direct daily field operations, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain full site safety and accountability. Coordinate project milestones with general contractors to align seamlessly with critical path schedules. Monitor all labor, material, and equipment expenses against baseline budgets to eliminate financial variances. Negotiate and process change orders transparently to protect project scope and financial margins. Conduct internal inspections and pre-commissioning testing to preserve a 100% first-time pass rate with local AHJs. Deliver complete as-built documentation, O&M packages, and system owner training at final closeout. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record managing multi-system fire protection projects through full lifecycle delivery. Hands-on expertise and practical working knowledge of all applicable NFPA codes and AHJ standards. Willingness to maintain a daily on-site presence and travel up to 20% to regional project sites. Ability to work extended hours up to 80+ hours per week during critical project schedule windows. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of dedicated field experience in fire protection project management. NICET III in Sprinkler and/or Special Hazards Direct project management experience within hyperscale AI data center construction environments. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency with industry software including Procore, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel.
