Wealth Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks related to people and process. Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Manage dynamic technology consulting projects with heavy client engagement. Synthesize overall technology needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific client requirements. Participate in workshops with key client stakeholders to document process/data flows and associated technology applications. Maintain an understanding of advancements in regulations, technology and innovations across the specialization and the broader financial services marketplace. Consult and partner with clients to help them develop high‑performance solutions to advance their industry position in investment banking. Understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and deliver high‑impact technology initiatives. Support business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients. Support the development of the practice by participating in initiatives around market research, Accenture Points‑of‑View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc. Qualifications 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the wealth management industry (e.g., back‑ and middle‑office operations, investment technology, compliance, etc.). Bachelor’s degree. Bonus Points Experience in Private Markets, Distribution and/or Wealth Technology & Platform Strategy is preferred. Capable of working independently with limited oversight. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Previous management consulting and business analysis experience is a plus. Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly motivated individual. CPA and/or MBA is a plus. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian. Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
