As an Assistant Manager, you will help turn great hospitality into an everyday experience. You will lead shifts, support your team, and work closely with the General Manager to strengthen service and restaurant performance. Your judgment and ideas matter here. What you’ll make happen Lead daily shifts with a focus on guest experience, teamwork, and consistent execution. Coach, train, and support hourly employees; help identify future leaders. Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, staffing, labor, and operational priorities. Handle guest concerns thoughtfully and keep service moving during busy periods. Support opening and closing procedures, cash controls, safety, and company standards. What you bring Experience leading shifts or supervising teams in a restaurant setting. Compensation, benefits & scheduling Annual salary: $50,000–$54,000.
