Class Action Attorney

LHH is assisting a New Jersey law firm in its search for a Class Action Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its plaintiff-side practice in Woodbridge, NJ . This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated class action, mass tort, and complex plaintiff litigation , including securities, ERISA, shareholder, and breach of fiduciary duty matters in state and federal courts. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing for trial, and appearing in court. New Jersey and New York bar admissions required.
