Base pay range $100,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage personal injury matters from intake through litigation and resolution Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Depose parties, attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances Evaluate case value, negotiate settlements, and maintain client communication Work closely with partners and support staff to deliver exceptional results Qualifications Licensed to practice law in New Jersey 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred (plaintiff or defense) Strong writing, negotiation, and litigation skills Ability to manage a caseload independently with attention to detail Benefits & Compensation Generous base salary + bonus/commission structure Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plan Supportive team culture and opportunities for professional development The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $150,000 .
