Beninato & Matrafajlo is seeking a driven, high‑energy Associate Attorney to join our dual‑practice firm. About the Role The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload that spans both NJ Superior Court (Civil Litigation) and the Division of Workers' Compensation (Administrative Law). Strong mentorship and consistent courtroom exposure will be provided to help you grow into a powerhouse advocate. Responsibilities Litigate: Handle a high‑volume calendar including motions, depositions, and trials. Case Management: Oversee files from initial intake through settlement, judgment, or award. Strategic Advocacy: Navigate the no‑fault Workers' Comp system while building negligence‑based personal injury claims. Client Counsel: Provide compassionate, direct legal advice to clients during difficult moments. Communication: Maintain consistent contact with clients to ensure they are apprised of every step. Qualifications Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Only those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship will be considered. 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates and judicial clerks encouraged to apply.
