Job Overview A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Fairfield, New Jersey office. Responsibilities Review loan documents, financial records, and related materials to assess case readiness. Draft and review pleadings and legal correspondence to initiate actions. Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations. Maintain and update internal systems with case findings and documentation. Analyze case issues and recommend appropriate legal actions. Handle matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply. Education and Certifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
