Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice

Associate Attorney – Medical Malpractice
Schbeck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an associate with 2-7 years’ experience defending medical malpractice claims for our Litigation Practice Group.
Pay Range
Base salary: $130,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and at mediation.
- Develop and execute legal strategies.
- Conduct thorough factual and legal research and analysis.
- Manage matters from commencement to final resolution.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar admission a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in all aspects of trial advocacy (depositions, motions, etc.).
