Associate Attorney

Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP – Springfield, New Jersey office is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 litigation attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our team. Our practice spans professional liability, insurance coverage , and a wide range of litigation matters. We take our work seriously and we pride ourselves on teamwork, mentorship, and true partnership with our clients. What You’ll Be Doing This is hands‑on litigation from day one. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial. Your work will likely include but is not limited to: Products liability Property damage and wrongful death claims You’ll make in‑person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way. Who You Are You’re someone who: Is admitted to practice in New Jersey (other bars are a plus!) Has 2+ years of litigation experience Writes clearly and persuasively Is curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work product Wants to grow as an attorney—not just push paper Salary: $115,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits include: 401(k) with matching Health savings account Paid time off Our Culture WCM offers a collegial, inclusive, and results‑driven environment.
