Responsibilities Coordinate distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Colonial Electric. Confere with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in the area. Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. Assess the competency level for each employee and assign or conduct training to assure high levels of customer satisfaction. Review production costs and product/service quality, and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the branch. Direct preparation of accounting records. Recommend budgets to management. Supervisory Responsibilities Manage one subordinate supervisor who supervises a total of six or more employees in the branch operations. Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Directly supervise non‑supervisory employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
