Job Description

Job Summary:
The Medical Technologist is responsible for performing clinical laboratory testing and analysis to support patient care. This role requires accurate specimen processing and maintaining quality standards within a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures with precision and adherence to protocols.
• Analyze test results, verify accuracy, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all testing activities and maintain detailed laboratory records.
• Follow safety and quality control standards to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Require a minimum of 2 years of clinical lab experience within the specialty.
• Hold applicable certifications such as ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in specimen testing and analysis.
• Prefer experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Must have a valid clinical laboratory technologist or scientist license.
