Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, onsite role based in Fernandina Beach, FL, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of destination and event management programs. This role coordinates day-to-day operations across internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals and company standards. The Operations Manager will develop and refine operational processes, manage timelines and resource allocation, monitor project performance, and address logistical challenges as they arise. Qualifications Relevant education and/or experience in event, hospitality, or destination management. Solid operations and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and maintain attention to detail under deadlines. Knowledge of the Amelia market.
