Java Full Stack Developer with AI Integration Job Responsibilities Full Stack Development Develop scalable web applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka Write clean and efficient code, and ensure code maintainability and reusability Conduct testing to ensure application reliability Perform code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices Participate in Agile Scrum, owning the full development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, testing, optimization) Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications, APIs, and ship to production (APIs, monitoring/observability, cost/performance optimization, CI/CD, security best practices) Stay up to date with the latest Java development technologies AI Integration Implement RAG pipelines using Spring AI and LangChain4j with vector database integration Stay up to date with RAG technologies and best practices (chunking strategies, embeddings, retrieval optimization, reranking techniques) Requirements Decent understanding of the software development life cycle Basic programming skills in OOP languages with in-depth knowledge of common APIs and data structures such as Collections, Maps, lists Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL query construction Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science (CS) 0-1 year of practical Java coding experience Experience using Spring, Maven, React.js, HTML, CSS Knowledge of other contemporary Java technologies (e.g., Weblogic, RabbitMQ, ...)
