Alignment Specialist

Continental Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented Alignment Specialist to join our team in Hodgkins, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are properly aligned to manufacturer specifications, enhancing safety and performance for our customers. Responsibilities * Perform wheel alignments and adjustments using specialized equipment * Inspect vehicles for alignment issues and diagnose related problems * Collaborate with service technicians to provide accurate repair recommendations * Maintain accurate records of all alignment services performed * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Keep work area clean and well-organized Requirements * Previous experience in vehicle alignment or related automotive service preferred * Knowledge of alignment procedures and ability to operate alignment equipment * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills and customer service orientation * Valid driver’s license Benefits * Competitive pay range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid weekly * Opportunity to work with a well-established dealership * Supportive and friendly work environment * Potential for growth and development within the company * Eligible for Medical, Dental,Vision and Life Insurance after 60 days * Holiday Pay * Eligible to Participant in Company's 401k after a year About the Company Continental Toyota has been serving the Hodgkins, IL community with quality vehicles and exceptional service.
