Job Purpose and Impact The ANH (Animal Nutrition & Health) Business Partnerships and Sustainability Value Lead will lead the development and execution of strategic sustainability initiatives with businesses, customers and other external stakeholders that drive progress in key environmental and social impact areas and deliver value to customers and commercial teams. In this role, you will build partnerships with customers across value chains, engage external organizations to advance sustainability frameworks and engage, educate and influence internal and external stakeholders to execute on the organization's purpose to nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way. Key Accountabilities Lead global ANH approach to generating Sustainability Value, translating strategic direction into programs and guiding ANH groups Customer needs: Interact with customers and/ or customer segments indirectly via the ANH Group Sustainability Leads and directly when requested, to ascertain their sustainability related needs. Take a strategic, proactive, value-chain approach to unlock latent demand and increase uptake of products and services with a sustainability benefit Capability Building: Partner with the ANH Group Sustainability Leads and through them, with the commercial teams to develop and deliver solutions to those needs to ultimately drive business growth which includes generating business specific sustainability learning offerings and supporting the capability build for the commercial teams Scalability: Responsible for scalability of commercial sustainability offerings and offerings with a sustainability benefit, including identification and promotion of best practices (including products and services) across ANH Groups, to be tailored according to customer context Build partnerships and relationships across Cargill and to provide input to developing practices and policies, support the execution of company-wide Sustainability initiatives, and leverage network of peers for best practice sharing Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of six years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience managing people both directly and indirectly Proven track record to influence and drive results across matrixed organization Experience with Food and Agriculture industry Technical knowledge in environmental, economic and social benefits of sustainable development Experience in identifying customer needs and developing solutions Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
