The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business. Responsibilities Support daily center operations and prepare the center before opening. Assist customers with inquiries (WiFi codes, directions, meeting room setup, coffee, etc.) and connect calls to the appropriate colleagues. Ensure services are properly charged and invoiced. Assist with mail handling and follow up on customer requests (e.g., notifying customers when packages arrive). Support printing needs and assist with invoices. Address comfort and facility requests (e.g., temperature in team rooms) and open tickets in the service portal when needed. Collaborate with the Community Manager on events, create and distribute invitations, and help with promotional posters around the center. Manage center activities and direct groups to appropriate facilities and nearby amenities as needed. Throughout the day you will engage with customers to ensure a seamless, professional experience and help maintain a tidy, welcoming environment. About you We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service. You also need to be: A good communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience). Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them. Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations. Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment. Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
