About Our Client
Addison Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to add multiple Revenue Cycle Specialists to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting end-to-end billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient and insurance information to ensure accurate claim setup
- Work within payer portals to track claim status and documentation
- Interpret remittance details (EOBs/ERAs) and apply necessary adjustments
- Follow up on outstanding balances and unresolved claims
- Research denied claims, make corrections, and resubmit for reimbursement
- Communicate with patients, payers, and providers regarding billing questions
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of medical billing experience, ideally in physician or similar setting
- Understanding of EOBs, claim workflows, and revenue cycle processes
- Comfort working in a productivity-driven environment with performance metrics
- Experience navigating EMR systems (Epic preferred) and multiple platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional communication skills, including phone-based outreach
