Contract Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients during their overnight shift, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and post-surgical recovery. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent patient care and working collaboratively with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and execute treatment plans as prescribed.
• Provide post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
