Responsibilities will include Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors Delivery: Manage team, service delivery, engagement delivery, releases for all application activities including enhancements, incidents and future releases resulting in high‑quality client management. Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Required Qualifications 10+ years consulting/and or BPO experience in Finance and Accounting in a Business Managed Service environment 10+ years' experience as the Delivery Lead of a CFO managed service operation. Scope of delivered services should include operations across Finance including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis Business development experience including sales and RFP response development Global team leadership experience Bachelor's Degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management, and Finance IT tools support and maintenance Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business Experience with developing eminence, thought ware, and point‑of‑view materials Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
