Account Executive - Pharmacy Benefit Management - Hybrid Join a growing healthcare technology and PBM organization in Charlotte, NC that is redefining pharmacy benefit management for health systems and payers. In this high-impact role, you'll shape client strategies, lead engagement, and drive results aligned to client goals. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, an annual bonus, hybrid flexibility, strong benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across complex health system accounts.Pay Details: $136,400-$170,500 a year (based on experience) Eligible for 10% Annual Bonus! $3,000 Relocation Assistance (if applicable) Shift: Monday – Friday | 8a-5p | HybridDaily Responsibilities:Serve as the primary relationship lead for an assigned book of business, building trusted stakeholder relationships and leading the account strategy, plan, and recommendations aligned to client goals, benefit philosophy, and business objectives. Act as the quarterback of the broader account team, providing leadership across internal partners and ensuring clarity on roles, priorities, deliverables, and client commitments. Drive a high-quality client experience through proactive account leadership, risk identification, issue resolution, and retention-focused execution. Lead client-facing interactions, including stewardship meetings, QBRs, renewals, and strategic issue resolution. Independence and stakeholder seniority will scale with experience. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience 2+ years of Account Executive experience within a PBM Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision
