Employment Type Student Employee Hourly Rate $10.00 Primary Duties And Responsibilities Safely and effectively take training clients through Beaman Basics exercise program using proper form and spotting techniques Participate in and successfully complete in-house certification course Facilitate wellness education programming for members of the Belmont community Maintain accurate training records, including but not limited to client session notes and training logs Educate clients on the proper use of cardiovascular and strength equipment Develop a positive relationship between the trainer and the client Attend reunions, CEUs, trainings and other developmental programs Other duties assigned Required Qualifications Excellent oral communication skills with co‑workers, supervisors, patrons and guests Excellent customer interaction skills with co‑workers, supervisors, patrons and guests Ability to work outside conventional work hours (e.g. weekends, late nights and some holidays) Strong organizational skills Physical Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
