Accounts Payables Clerk ( part-time 25 hours)

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a part-time, long-term basis. This contract position will last for 6-9 months and offers a flexible schedule, provided that you start your day at 9:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process and must be proficient in QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities Process and manage vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile accounts payable transactions Maintain accurate and organized financial records Assist with month-end closing procedures Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start work at 9:00 AM Benefits Flexible schedule with a start time of 9:00 AM Free on-site parking Company Description Abel Personnel, a family-owned company since 1969, is one of the oldest staffing firms in Central Pennsylvania.
