Back of House Team Member

Location: St. Gabriel, LA
Pay: $11 to $16 per hour plus tip pool
Job Type: Full time or part time

About the Role

The Country Cajun is looking for hardworking Back of House Team Members who take pride in preparing great food and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

If you enjoy working with a team and want to be part of a restaurant built around Louisiana food, family and Southern tradition, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and standards
• Assist with cooking and food preparation
• Keep kitchen stations clean and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Stock ingredients and supplies
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Maintain quality and consistency
• Work with the team during busy service periods
• Complete additional kitchen duties as needed

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude
• Dependable and hardworking
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn
