The Corporate Engineering Platform Tooling team builds and maintains internal systems that support Robinhood’s customer support, marketing, and legal operations. The team develops reliable internal platforms that enable teams across the company to manage customer interactions, operational workflows, and compliance processes. Engineers on this team maintain the Salesforce environment that powers these operations while ensuring system stability, data security, and scalable architecture. The team works closely with internal business teams to translate operational needs into reliable technical solutions.As a Salesforce Applications Developer, you will design, build, and maintain solutions within Robinhood’s Salesforce environment. You will develop custom applications, integrations, and configurations that support operational teams across the company. This role focuses on building reliable systems, improving platform performance, and delivering scalable Salesforce capabilities that support a growing user base. Your work will directly support the internal tools that help Robinhood teams serve customers efficiently and accurately!This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
