Revenue Cycle Coding Manager

Responsibilities Directly manage all Coding and HIM staff, including performance management, coaching, and corrective action. Establish and enforce productivity expectations; monitor daily output to prevent backlogs. Partner with supervisors to align workflow and resolve operational issues. Represent Coding Operations in Revenue Cycle meetings and collaborate across departments. Communicate with physicians and leadership to address operational needs. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics 5+ years of people management experience, including managing large teams.
