We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in our community. You May Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy meeting new people and building professional relationships Are confident in introducing yourself and representing a company in the community Stay organized while managing outreach, follow-ups, and partner relationships Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with networking, relationship building, and business outreach Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and referral partners Represent the company at networking events and community functions Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives Report activity and results to leadership Why Join Our Team Help grow a local business, build valuable professional relationships, and play a key role in bringing new opportunities to our team.
