Location: Chicago IL Hybrid Enjoy the flexibility of working from home up to 2 days per week while collaborating with our team in the office at least 3 days weekly.

Note : Candidates must have an active Illinois law license and 1 years of hands-on civil litigation or family law litigation experience. Previous divorce or matrimonial law experience is preferred but not required. We welcome attorneys from law firms solo practices and in-house backgrounds who have relevant litigation experience.

Job Description

• Represent clients in divorce child custody parenting time support and other family law matters.
• Manage litigation responsibilities including legal research discovery motions pleadings and court appearances.
• Develop effective case strategies and advocate for favorable client outcomes.
• Handle matters involving marital property financial disclosures and complex asset division.
• Negotiate settlements and help clients resolve disputes whenever possible.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and professionals to deliver thoughtful comprehensive legal solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication sound judgment and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Bar license in good standing.
• 1 years of civil litigation or family law litigation experience.
• Strong legal research writing negotiation and litigation skills.
• Family law divorce or matrimonial litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication organization and client-service skills.
• Ability to work in our Chicago office at least 3 days per week.

• 12 yrs: $100K$110K;
• 34 yrs: $110K$125K;
