Public Health Nurse: Community & School Outreach

Indian Health Service

The Indian Health Service at the Rosebud Service Unit seeks a Public Health Nurse to provide professional nursing services in home, school, and clinic settings. You will conduct population-based assessments, implement prevention strategies, and collaborate with tribal partners to improve community health outcomes. Responsibilities include case management, immunization follow-up, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure culturally appropriate care and documentation accordance with #J-18808-Ljbffr Indian Health Service
