Responsibilities include ensuring the food order is complete and taken from the line to the guest in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities Monitors wait times for food tickets as they arrive to the kitchen. Works with front of house restaurant team on appropriate menu explanations, ingredients, allergies, etc. Understands menu ingredients to control production and maintain consistency and freshness. Assist in food deliveries if necessary. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager(s). Wage Information The salary range for this position is $21.57 to $28.04. The starting hourly rate is $21.57. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education. Qualifications Must possess food handlers’ permit. Refined verbal communication skills. Understanding of culinary and restaurant operations. Related hotel experience is preferred. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Flexible availability, weekends and holidays required.
