What You’ll Do: Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, including: Water heaters (standard and tankless) Toilets, faucets, and shower valves Water filtration systems Sewer and drain systems Other general plumbing installation work What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of plumbing and/or sewer install experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools Ability to read blueprints and follow job specs Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail A friendly attitude with top-notch customer service Valid driver’s license and clean MVR Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Benefits & Perks: Pay: $70,000–$120,000/year + commission and bonus opportunities Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekend work as needed) Company truck & fuel card 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Great team environment and positive company culture Why Cool Willy’s?
