As an LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including: Bedside Nursing Care Planning Implementing Care Managing Patient Care provided by CNAs Quality Improvement Problem Solving Assessment Medication Administration Treatments Required qualifications: Graduate of approvedLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Program. Previous experience as anLPNin an acute care/long term care setting is desirable. Current licensure to practice as aLicensed Practical Nursein the State of Pennsylvania.
