Inventory Clerk

Job Description Position Summary President Industrial Products isseekinga detail-oriented and dependableInventory Clerkto support inventory accuracy within our fast-paced warehouse distribution center. This positionis responsible formaintaininginventory integrity through daily cycle counts, barcode scanning, ERP transactions, and inventory discrepancy resolution. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, enjoys working in a warehouse environment, and understands the importance ofaccurateinventory management in supporting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Essential Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts andmaintaininventory accuracy. Utilize barcode scanners to process inventory movements and transactions. Process inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns within the ERP system. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesin a timely manner. Verify inventory locations and ensure products are stored accurately. Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records. Support receiving and shipping teams by verifying inventory transactions. Assistwith periodic physical inventories. Maintainaccurateinventory documentation and reports. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Collaborate with warehouse personnel to improve inventory control processes. Qualifications 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred. Experience working with an ERP systemand barcode scannersrequired. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, understanding of inventory control and best practices Basic computerproficiency, including Microsoft Excel. Ability to analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ability tolift upto 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
