Senior Technical Program Manager
Rochester Precision Optics
Rochester Precision Optics, LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex customer programs from contract award through final delivery, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operations.
The role demands strong technical acumen, proactive risk management, excellent communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and performance goals. Reports to the Director of Programs.
