We are currently looking for a Behavior Technician Level 2 to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician Level 2, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavior support plans under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress and behavior.
• Providing direct care and support to clients in a respectful and professional manner.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure effective and consistent care.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of client needs, particularly those related to East African/Islamic customs, if applicable.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in this role.
• Cultural Awareness: Preferably familiar with East African and/or Islamic customs to provide culturally sensitive care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
