Project Executive

Project ExecutiveThe Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing and directing projects from start to finish. They will direct and supervise work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as work in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities. They are responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates. They will also be responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration. They will assist with pre-qualification process for bidders, develop and solicit responses to RFP's/RFQ's, assist the owner in selecting the appropriate project delivery method. They will coordinate with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals. They will assist with interview process and on boarding of new and potential employees. They will develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers. They will have working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical. They will have experience in multiple fields of construction. They will have experience working on projects over $25 Million. They will have working knowledge of construction technology and details. They must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings. They will bring Business Development Opportunities to the team. They will have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, have good time management skills, and have experience leading a team of Project Managers and field staff at all levels.The Project Executive candidate will be offered a competitive base salary starting at $165,000- $185,000 depending on experience. They will receive a $1000/ Month truck allowance and gas card (can be used for personal and professional use).
