CoFounder and CTO for Healthtech AI Startup (San Francisco)

We’re now looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us at the ground floor.

What You’ll Do

• Technology leadership – Define and execute the product architecture, tech stack, and AI integration strategy.
• Product development – Build and scale the MVP into a secure, compliant, enterprise‑ready SaaS product for hospitals.
• AI & automation – Drive innovation using LLMs, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support.
• Integrations – Lead integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) via FHIR APIs.
• Team building – Recruit, mentor, and scale a high‑performing engineering team in India and globally.
• Process & compliance – Build HIPAA/GDPR‑ready infrastructure, ensuring enterprise‑grade reliability and data security.
• Co‑Founder role – Be part of every strategic decision from fundraising to go‑to‑market.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on full‑stack engineering leader (7–10+ years) with proven experience in SaaS or healthtech.
• Strong background in AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud‑native architecture .
• Experience with EHR systems, FHIR/HL7, or healthcare data standards is a big plus.
• Entrepreneurial DNA – you want to build a company from zero to scale as a true co‑founder (bonus if you’ve been a founder before).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in an early‑stage environment.
• Passion for solving real‑world healthcare problems with technology.
