Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, wiring, controls, and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
• Service, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Complete remodeling projects, including drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and general carpentry.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general construction.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments, including ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces.
