Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Be a part of a team that offers customers more of what they love, for less. Responsibilities and Qualities Prepared food items daily for members following recipe specifications. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep items fresh. Count and compost products, maintain temperature control and verify expiration dates, dispose of lower‑quality food. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, member‑ready area. Show a passion for fresh food, keep member satisfaction a priority, be solution‑seeker, adapt quickly, and meet changing work scenarios. Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage high exposure and expectations, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, guide peers, and assist customers following company policies.
