As a PennDOT CDL Operator Trainee, you will perform the following duties:Equipment Training: Learn to operate heavy trucks, loaders, and other equipment used in highway and bridge maintenanceSafety Practices: Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to maintain a secure work environmentManual Labor Tasks: Carry out maintenance activities using both motorized and non-motorized toolsEquipment Care: Complete pre- and post-operation checks and make basic field adjustments to support safe usageEnvironmental Duties: Participate in required environmental training and support unit goals related to environmental practicesInterested in learning more?
