Construction Project ManagerWe are seeking a collaborative and driven individual to join our expanding team as a Project Manager specializing in Commercial and Healthcare Construction builds. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.ResponsibilitiesDrive project completion on time and within budget.Provide exceptional client experiences.Manage construction projects related to doors, frames, and hardware.Coordinate and oversee project scheduling and engineering.Handle change orders and requests for information (RFIs).Essential Skills5-7 years of project management experience.Experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling.Expertise in Division 5 and 8 construction.Mechanical knowledge.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with scheduling software such as Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience managing employees.Work EnvironmentWork will be conducted both onsite and in the office. The role offers a dynamic environment within a rapidly growing organization in Southern VA, featuring competitive benefits, a PTO structure, and a car allowance.This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $182000.00/yr.
