Sales RepresentativeEnergy Center-Manhattan PoolManhattan, KS | Full-TimePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year At Energy Center-Manhattan Pool, we pursure growth and learning, foster independence, and support career advancements. We nourish lasting relationships through our commitment to quality products, professional service, and knowledgeable team members.The company has been serviceing Manhattan and the surrounding area for over 50 years and our product line has grown to include fireplaces and stoves, swimming pools, hot tubs, grills and smokers, and patio furniture.Responsibilities:Able to work some Saturdays - not every!Learn a broad range of product lines related to Pools, Spas, Grills, Fireplaces, etc.Provide regular communication to customers through verbal and written/email formContinuous follow-through and follow-up on the status of products, clients, and job progressConduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leadsUtilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationshipsIdentify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listeningCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business developmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM systemMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and goalsRequirements:Proven experience in outbound calling or inside salesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customersSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales targetsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.
