Briggs Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Professional Sales Consultant to join our team in Manhattan, KS. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to help clients find the perfect vehicle that fits their needs. You will work closely with clients throughout the sales process while upholding the high standards of Briggs Automotive Group.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and benefits effectively.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable on current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
