Our reputation has been built on quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and guiding customers through one of the most exciting investments they can make in their home.We're looking for a relationship-driven Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team.This is a consultative sales role where you'll work directly with homeowners to understand their goals, develop customized solutions, and guide them confidently through the purchasing process. While our primary focus is custom in-ground swimming pools, we don't expect you to come from the pool industry. If you've successfully sold home improvement, remodeling, construction, outdoor living, landscaping, or other high-value residential projects, we'd love to hear from you.Learn more about us at: You'll DoMeet with homeowners to understand their vision, property, lifestyle, and budgetConduct on-site consultations and recommend customized outdoor living solutionsPrepare and present professional project estimates, proposals, and contractsGuide customers through the decision-making process with honesty, professionalism, and exceptional serviceFollow up consistently with leads and prospective customers throughout the sales cycleBuild lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat businessCoordinate closely with our design, construction, scheduling, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline activityDevelop additional business through networking, referrals, and community relationshipsContinue learning about products, construction methods, design trends, and industry best practicesWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means building trust with homeowners, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and helping customers confidently invest in a solution that fits their lifestyle and budget. You'll work closely with our construction team to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to completed project while building lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.This helps candidates understand what they're actually being measured on.What We're Looking ForPrevious consultative, outside, or relationship-based sales experienceExperience selling residential construction, remodeling, home improvement, outdoor living, kitchens and baths, landscaping, roofing, windows, HVAC, or similar projects is highly preferred.
