About the Opportunity

Expert Exteriors is seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our team as Home Improvement Sales Consultants for both MARYLAND & VIRGINIA territories. This is a full-cycle sales position where you'll help homeowners restore and improve their homes while building a rewarding, high-income career.

In this role, you'll generate leads, perform property inspections, and guide homeowners from the initial consultation through project completion.

Compensation

• Training Period: $500 per week during the first 8 weeks of onboarding and training.
• After Training: 100% commission-based compensation.
• Average first-year Roofing Sales Representatives earn $100,000–$120,000 annually .
• Top-performers earn $200,000+ per year .
• Uncapped earning potential with one of the industry's most competitive commission structures.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

1. • Generate new business through neighborhood canvassing and referrals.
   • Follow up on company-provided leads.
   • Build relationships with homeowners and identify home improvement opportunities.

2. Property Inspections

1. • Perform home inspections to identify restoration opportunities.
   • Safely carry, set up, and climb 28 to 40-foot ladders.
   • Walk on residential roofs during inspections.

3. Sales Presentations

1. • Present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners.
   • Assist customers with selecting products including:
   • • Roofing
     • Siding
     • Gutters
     • Windows
     • Doors
   • Demonstrate the value of partnering with Expert Exteriors for their restoration needs.

4. Project Management

• • Serve as the primary point of contact between the homeowner and the production team.
  • Help ensure a smooth experience from signed contract through project completion and final payment.

5. CRM Management

• • Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections, customer interactions, and sales activity using company CRM software.

Qualifications

• • Ability to safely carry ladders and climb onto one- and two-story residential roofs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible and demanding schedule.
  • Previous roofing and/or door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable vehicle capable of transporting a ladder and tools.
