EZ Exteriors is growing and seeking an experienced, high-performing In-Home Sales Consultant to run company-provided and self-generated leads and close sales in roofing and exterior services. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based opportunity with realistic earnings of $100,000+ annually for driven professionals. We provide high-quality, qualified leads — homeowners who contact us directly requesting appointments. The ideal candidate has stable, verifiable sales experience, preferably in residential real estate, roofing, siding, windows, home improvement, or related industries. Construction knowledge is a strong plus. Candidates must demonstrate strong listening, follow-up, presentation, and closing skills. You must be comfortable using CRM and estimating software, be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
