Aspen Contracting is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our Sales team in the Charlotte market.

As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes.

No roofing experience required. We'll provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Charlotte market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners, identify exterior restoration opportunities, and guide customers through the process from initial inspection to completed project.

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their exterior restoration needs. 
• Conduct residential property inspections. 
• Identify roofing, siding, and gutter opportunities. 
• Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions. 
• Prepare estimates and scopes of work. 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers. 
• Coordinate with internal production teams. 
• Maintain accurate customer and project information. 
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required .

Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, hospitality, customer service, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License 
• Reliable transportation 
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs 
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Ability to lift equipment as needed 
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Full-Time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.
